Over the weekend, the Ark Team swapped hi-vis for horse racing with an afternoon in the sun at Salisbury Racecourse, followed by an evening of live music from Oasis by Britpop.

It was fantastic to see so many of our colleagues from Ark, DNA, MESH and Aurum enjoying the opportunity to catch up away from site and celebrate everyone’s hard work across a busy stretch of projects and group growth/development. Sunshine, competitive spirits, and a few questionable tipsters made for a thoroughly enjoyable day out with some of the best company.

The event also gave us the chance to come together in support of our three group charities – Children’s Hospice South West, Devon Air Ambulance, and Ovarian Cancer Action – with a charity raffle and some excellent prizes helping us raise an impressive total on the day.

A huge thank you to Sam and Jo for organising the entertainment and logistics. It was a brilliant event that captured the energy and collaboration across the group. A great way to recharge and celebrate the people behind our success, before the next stretch of projects ramps up.
