Fort Bovisand, one of the best surviving Palmerston forts, is an iconic landmark that, until recently, sat on Historic England’s “at risk” register.
We’re proud to be at the heart of its multi-million-pound regeneration on behalf of Fort Bovisand Developments, helping to transform this 1860s heritage site into a world-class coastal development.
With Palmerston Court and Phase 1 complete, as construction manager, DNA continues to guide this project through the complexities and hidden challenges of this historic site; supported by a specialist supply chain and leading design teams.
Phase 2 is now underway, with Aurum Construction Services Limited delivering the infrastructure and enabling works that pave the way for the next stage of construction.
Delivering new homes alongside restored grade II listed buildings, the project will bring modern design and construction to the fort, whilst preserving its heritage and beauty – increasing access and usage of the site for generations to come.
