Aurum Construction Services Ltd is proud to be delivering two enabling works packages for future housing developments at Noss on Dart Marina. Working in collaboration with Premier Marinas, we are laying the groundwork. Literally!

• Hillside Development – We’re installing the access road, complete with all necessary service ducting, up to base course tarmac, with temporary block kerbs.
  
• South bay Development – Our team is constructing a piled contiguous retaining wall to support the access road and installing the main access for this development.
