Progress continues on-site at Fort Bovisand, Plymouth, where the focus remains on critical enabling and foundation works that will set the stage for the wider redevelopment to follow.
Our Recent activities have included the installation of raking piles, removal of obstructions beneath the existing retaining wall and a trial excavation for the future tower crane. While often unseen, these works represent some of the most technically challenging and strategically important phases of construction.
By addressing complex ground conditions and establishing a stable foundation, our team is effectively de-risking the project and creating the platform for efficient delivery of the superstructure. Completing this work now ensures smoother sequencing, programme certainty and long-term durability for the development as a whole.
Working closely with Saxton Drilling Ltd and D&P Reinforcements Ltd, the Aurum team – led by Project Manager Wayne – is delivering these works precisely and to the highest standards.
As the enabling phase nears completion, we look forward to progressing into the next stage of construction and seeing the transformation take shape above ground.
