The past few weeks have bought both serious heat and serious progress down at our busy Noss on Dart Marina site.

Our critical infrastructure project is starting to take some real shape. The new concrete substation is fully constructed, with the foundation works complete and the trenches cleared.

Running directly through a dry berthing area – One of the marina’s busiest zones – adaptability and proactive solutions have been key in driving momentum throughout.

Our site team is currently installing the intricate duct network, laying vital wiring and piping that will power the wider redevelopment and ensure long-term resilience for the site.

As this project progresses, we’ll continue delivering where it matters most – and trust the weather to do the same!
