As we continue to scale and strengthen our delivery capability, operational leadership has transitioned to our new Managing Director, Mark Mabey.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and will continue to champion the values that define Aurum: innovation, professionalism, and a client-focused delivery approach. With a clear purpose rooted in specialist construction services across Southern England, our commitment to high-quality project execution—from new builds and fit-outs to groundworks and maintenance solutions—remains stronger than ever.

As part of this evolution, Ralph Daubeney takes on a new role within the group, having been promoted to Group Managing Director of the Ark Group of Companies. We’ll be sharing more details in our upcoming Leadership Change Announcement.
