A huge, belated, congratulations to our very own Martha Allies, who on Saturday 16th of August smashed the Kalmar Iron Man 2025 in a time of 12:41:34!

Over the past 8 months Martha, who works for our sister business Mesh Consulting Ltd, balanced her work in project administration and an immense training schedule – building up to her first IronMan. Her commitment and discipline a shining example of what can be achieved when you set a goal, no matter how intimidating, and you’re willing to go at it with your all.

Following a brisk 6am start time, she took off to the sound of cheers and gunshots out of the Kalmar straight on a 3.8km swim through Baltic Sea waters, 180.2km bike ride across the iconic 6km Öland bridge and round the stunning Swedish island. Closing it all out with a 42.2km run along beaches, through the city centre and a home straight finish cheered on by what has been dubbed “Europe’s biggest IRONMAN finish line party”.

What a moment, what an achievement and what a mindset!

With her next Iron Man in Hamburg June 2026 already booked, watch this space as she ramps up the training once again.
