We were delighted to welcome colleagues from Ark Group and the wider project team on site to celebrate the topping out of the second of two concrete frames at Phase 2 of our Noss on Dart marina development for Premier Marinas.

This marks a major milestone in a landmark project and is an outstanding example of how Ark Group integrates design, construction, and infrastructure delivery. In collaboration with Premier Marinas and KeyTask Management Ltd, DNA – supported by an expert supply chain – has taken the lead on this complex expansion of the marina’s facilities and services.

Key to our success has been the support from Aurum Construction Services Limited and MESH, who have worked alongside DNA in their role as Construction Manager. Together, we are delivering a fully integrated solution from concept through to completion.

Once complete, Phase 2 will include a 69-key boutique hotel and 41 luxury waterside apartments, all featuring unique elements that honour the heritage of the site.

On a day like today, it’s easy to imagine the striking final development – brought to life by the combined efforts of our project partners and delivery teams – set against the spectacular backdrop of historic Dartmouth and the River Dart.
